This text is meant for Josh: I want to share my experience with Shawn. There was an issue in Big Pine, Florida with one of your computers. Someone notified Shawn and he found out I was traveling to Miami and called me right away. He went out of his way to meet me to remove the Alcohol Monitor and If it wasn’t for his Esprit De Corpse, I would’ve had to wear the monitor until I returned to Key West, Florida and then would have to travel back to Big Pine to have it removed. The only reason I gave four stars, rather than five is due to the length of time it took to iron out the kinks in the beginning. Also speaking with different people rather than the same person makes it impossible to form a relationship with one another. I had the portable handheld device for six 1/2 months and two weeks prior to completion, I left the machine in the ladies restroom at Philadelphia airport during a connecting flight. Nationwide monitoring has a few glitches, One being the GPS monitor sometimes will not read at two or three in the morning, and they will ask you to go outside of your home. 2) the breathalyzer. gives you a lot of false positives for a minuscule amount of traceable alcohol , so sensitive even from a ripe banana or Mouthwash. Besides, that they were very good from a response standpoint and the technician Shawn was excellent and every way. Very professional timely. And a very nice gentleman.
