The only reason I gave four stars, rather than five is due to the length of time it took to iron out the kinks in the beginning. Also speaking with different people rather than the same person makes it impossible to form a relationship with one another. I had the portable handheld device for six 1/2 months and two weeks prior to completion, I left the machine in the ladies restroom at Philadelphia airport during a connecting flight. Nationwide monitoring has a few glitches, One being the GPS monitor sometimes will not read at two or three in the morning, and they will ask you to go outside of your home. 2) the breathalyzer. gives you a lot of false positives for a minuscule amount of traceable alcohol , so sensitive even from a ripe banana or Mouthwash. Besides, that they were very good from a response standpoint and the technician Shawn was excellent and every way. Very professional timely. And a very nice gentleman. Jennifer is always on Top of everything.
Jennifer is probably one of the best people you could ask for when you're in the situation that we have placed ourselves in. She's courteous, friendly but professional, and treats you like a person. I'm not the biggest fan of the jail system or their related structures, she makes it easier to like.
