Terrible. I have been pressing CDs, cassettes, vinyl for many years. I tried out this company but was unable to upload my data trying the various online options they provided. At this point I had already paid for my order so i asked to be refunded. I paid via paypal with my bank, called in maybe 5 minutes after placing order to tell them about issues I was having. After speaking briefly with them the process was over complicated in my opinion and I wanted to cancel my order and place an order with my usual supplier. They pur... read more
