The customer service was divine! The technicians that came were super friendly and professional. Had very filthy duct system and they came on time to address the issue. Were very very courteous and didn't leave until the ducts were spotless. so far we amazed by the air difference! These guys make a dirty job feel like a 5-star experience. Highly recommend this family company because they are proud of their work and try very hard to be clean and explain everything to the customer.
I recently had my air ducts, heat returns, furnace and dryer vent cleaned by McNeil Air Duct Cleaning. Am so impressed with this company as a whole - they were precise, conscientious and very professional. The techs were very knowledgeable and explained everything that was done such that I had no questions after he was done. They were quick and efficient as well. My air-conditioner was never doing a good job until finally I thought about it maybe I need to clean it so I checked and I found sky clean air the arrived at the same day cleaned out a great price and they were really friendly finally I could sit in this weather and enjoy a nice air-conditioner thanks a lot McNeil Air Duct Cleaning. Definitely recommended
Gerald and his team did a massive job. He thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done in detail and did what he said he was going to do. We had him clean our registers, dryer vents and ducts He also found a section of duct work that needed to be replaced and did so quickly. I will be referring him to friends.
This is our third experience with McNeil Air Duct Cleaning. They came out in summer to clean out the dryer vent. We were contented with the service so we slated an air duct cleaning this time. The crew was trustworthy and professional. We directly noticed a difference in the efficiency of our heat and the air quality. We are going with them all the way to the top! Phenomenal!!!
