Get directionsHorrible customer service. Difficult to understand customer service agents. Rude and divisive responses from the agents I spoke with. I was given wrong information and inaccurate information. Will never use this benefit through Allina Aetna Medicare Advantage again, it is beyond awful.
As a provider, very difficult to get anything done in a timely manor. Poor customer service. Way to much time on the phone correcting issues.
