I had an extremely disappointing experience with Nations Lending due to the unprofessional behavior of an employee named Jack. During our interaction, he was rude, disrespectful, and even went so far as to curse at me. I was belittled and spoken to in a way no customer should ever experience especially from a company that is supposed to provide support and guidance during important financial decisions.
