Nations Lending was an excellent place to get our home loan through. The team worked very good in getting everything done and Mr.Cowgill worked very hard to make sure everything was done for us and on time. He even took the time to make sure we understood everything and made the whole experience less stressful because we all know buying a house can be stressful!
I’ve been to him two times in the last couple of years ago and never wanted to help me when I had great credit and bad credit. The first time I had I tried to get pre approval from him and he didn’t want to work with me. I had a great credit report but my debt to income ratio was off. Jason was always available for my questions. He walked me through the process of potentially making offers on several houses. When we found the one, he made the process as seamless as possible.
Jason was amazing help throughout this whole process! We definitely couldn’t have got the house we wanted without him! He gave great advice, and couched us alone as first time home buyers. We can’t thank him enough!
