Dan was wonderful Theo the entire loan process.
Dan communicated terms in a simple and understanding way. He was always welcoming and showed us the numbers he was directly working with every step of the way. Documents were many but we were exposed to them on numerous occassions so they did not feel so overwhelming when we got to the 100+ page document to sign. Dan gave great recommendations to get us to the monthly payment that we felt comfortable with and worked seamlessly with our realtor keeping everyone informed every step of the process.
