I witnessed the disgusting treatment of veterans with mental handicapps. This place is horribly ran and I will be reporting their violations
My case manager Micheal Boyd is the best thing that has happened to me since moving to Sacramento. Michael is smart, professional, hard working , committed and compassionate. He deserves a really big raise. Like immediately .
