These people can and will move mountains IF they want to. IF they dont, they will do Nothing for you. It's not based on need. I dont believe their assistance is standardized. It's their personal preference.

I am very grateful for this agency. Thank you so much for all your help. I did have a moving/ storage thing to coordinate, but since they were out of the office at the time, I had to do the move myself because of deadlines. I never thought I would need this kind of help since I'M usually the person always volunteering and helping others, but I'm so glad I was able to get help during my time of Need. Thank You so much. Everyone is pretentious and disrespectful. They have no capacity for empathy for veterans. If you must get help here get in and get out. Don’t let them butter you up, they’re probably lying. Or go to Catholic Service, those are good people.
