I don't understand why they can't offer a proper service in Canada where customers can see when their delivery is scheduled. The company's website showed a November 4th delivery based on the tracking number. I'm sitting at home finishing my tea and it's time to run, when the delivery guy calls on October 31st, saying, "I delivered your tires..." Got a Text from Nationex saying my package was delivered. went outside and there was no package, they said they had a picture but they could not provided me one.
