If I could give them 0 stars I would. The picture for "proof of delivery" looks like they took a picture of a wall, not even my wall. What a joke, I don't know how another business can use this company after all these similar bad reviews No customer service and more of a waste of time to investigate what happened to the package
worst experience ever my all package was open and damage
Didn’t even buzz me when they arrived. Called twice from unknown numbers and I returned the call right away but then didn’t answer. Attempted twice and then returned my package to sender. Also had signed up for texts notification for delivery updates and received nothing.
Came within less than 48 hours of ordering. Tracking was good and estimated delivery date was perfect. No complaints
If we could give zero stars, we would. The delivery company claimed they attempted delivery, but that is a complete lie. Someone was home all day, we have a concierge, and there are secure delivery lockers in our building. No one showed up. No notice was left. Nothing. This is dishonest, lazy service, and it’s unacceptable. Do better.
