TERRIBLE COMPANY! Their online tracking system does not work. Their customer service is non-existent. To ship from eastern Canada to Saskatchewan, they use a "shipping partner". They apparently can't "call" their partner to help track a package. They won't provide information on their shipping partner. Each day that I called it was a different story.
