A great idea with interesting presentations of a topic that shouldn't need a venue but should be in our collective consciousness. Celebrating the accomplishments of women.
Very interesting museum detailing the many inductees and their accomplishments. Regular admission is $7. The museum is a recently renovated old mill. The museum will be 3 floors, currently only the first floor and part of the second has exhibits.
There was an artist's paintings on display upstairs with a few books and some information on female illustrators. I would have liked to have seen some more upstairs. There were some hands on crafts for kids, and information on the old mill that previously was in the building. I would like to see more artifacts, maybe some pics of inductee ceremonies.
National Women’s Hall of Fame has a 4.4 star rating with 160 reviews.
National Women’s Hall of Fame is closed now. It will open at 9:00 a.m.
