I always had good service there. We have been using them for a few years now and the quality is good , price is much less than others and I do mean Much less. Two times I've had to use my warranty and there was no problem. You should give them a try. Don't be confused because they are in Walmart. Walmart also has their own optitions. I was fooled my this once years ago and I would never do that again.

On 11/20 I went in as a new customer and received an eye exam, purchased a new pair of frames and lenses, and purchased lenses for my old frames as well. The eye exam was fine and my experience with an older optician named Larry was great on that day. On 12/02 I went to pick up my two pairs of glasses and there was a different optician who's name was also Larry and his customer service skills are non-existent.
