The staff are top class . Professional and friendly. However their products are the extreme opposite. Got glasses for my 11 years old son and within a month the lens start falling out and the handles fell off. Then I got mine and after a short while the lens fell out. Luckily the first time I found the lens. Took it back they fixed it and a short while after the lens fell out again. This time the lens can't be found. This proofs to me that it's not bad handling just poor inferior quality products.
I was given a call just a few moments ago by one of your workers and the amount of disrespect she used when I informed her she had the wrong number was unacceptable. She should really work on her people skills.
I've been coming here for years and the staff is always friendly. they have all the different colored frames that I like and they are affordable because I do not have insurance. They also accept Walmart credit cards and Nail Care Credit which really helps being a single parent
