Like previous posters have said, National Visas have gone the extra mile with their services. We had purchased an incorrect visa and contacted them for a refund. They not only proceeded to refund right away but also provided information and assisted us in future application procceses. For those looking for a trustworthy company with very quick communication proccesses (less then 2 hours), as well as genuinely being helpful and not just in it for the profit I highly recommend them.
We accidentally went to their website and purchase a service when our intention was to log directly to immigration. After we paid the fees and realized after that the fact that we are linked with them rather than immigration. We asked for refund and they totally and wisely understand the situation. Although , it was our mistake to purchase the service , their reponse were amazing and a refund were issued.
