I went to use the ATM to withdraw 200.00. The machine didn't give me my cash back but showed withdrawn from my account So, thinking the cash may have been stuck, I did a 20 00 withdrawal. It gave me 20 but not my 200! I sure hope I don't have any drama Monday morning when I go in to get my money back. I'll never use this ATM again!

-10 should the be rating! DO NOT BANK HERE OR USE THEIR ATM! They don't have Tellers to assist you. All their teller bays were empty. The ATM charged me $23.00 for a cash withdrawal of $20.00 that it never gave me. The staff which look liked the loan officers and/or maybe new account reps had people at their desks and were no help at all. My bank account is $23.00 lighter and I still don't have any cash.
We love this bank. The lobby closes too early but it's got friendly employees
When I had a problem with thier ATM the staff was awful cutting my questions short and out right turning me down before allowing me to finish asking all the questions I had. Awful experience I will not be going back at all and don't recommend this bank for any services.
