From start to finish my experience with NTR could not have been more satisfying. The double breasted tux arrived very timely after I provided measurements and fit like it was custom made. I got tons of compliments at the wedding reception. The return process could not have been easier. The next time I need a tux there is only one place I will consider. It’s a black tie service for sure.
I had a complicated destination wedding with a large groomsman pool spread across the country. NTR was perfect for organizing everything easily and making both the fittings and returns incredibly simple. Any confusion was sorted quickly by very responsive customer service reps via their chat services on the site, and most impressively it was far more affordable than anything else I'd researched. I'd highly recommend them for any other event a person could have.

I was very hesitant about using an online rental company but I was so wrong! Absolute great customer service. Never once was I put on hold and I always got to speak directly with a customer representative. Most of the suits fit great but the very few that didn’t replacements were sent out promptly.
