Everything went super smoothly. We got a trial tux for the groom to try on for sizing but even everyone that needed slight adjustments to their sizing got everything they needed (and then some) before the wedding and it was pretty hassle free! We were super happy with the color and sizing and ease of everything! I mostly had a good experience. The first rental I had they sent me the wrong size shirt. I asked for 4xl and they sent me 3xl. Not a huge deal, and I made it work. For my second rental, the sport coat I ordered had sleeves that were too long. I submitted a request for a size change. They said not to call, but to scan a QR code, which I did. They then said they would contact me, but I never heard anything from them. I had to wear it to my son’s rehearsal dinner even though the sleeves were too long.
