Arrived less than 2 weeks before my wedding, fortunately the fit was fine so it worked out. The suit itself was ok. No real complaints on that front. The Cufflinks were fine on mine, but came broken for 2/5 of my groomsmen out of the box. Never received a return label on my box so I had to pay for "another" one myself for another $15 (no process around this or ability to print off label yourself like most companies in the US offer). Our family had a great experience with National Tuxedo Rentals! The price was right for two tuxedos for a European trip. We discovered my husband needed a larger jacket than that ordered and we received one immediately. Then when our flight was delayed returning from Rome (causing an additional day's delay), NTR was very accommodating with their return policy. We will definitely order from them again. This was an easy service to use and shipment was flawless. I even had to request a different sized item 2 days prior to event and it was received as requested and on time. Highly recommend and would use again!!
