Hello order a item took like 4 weeks to get here and then it was broken. OK called them they took it back and paid for shipping and they told me they would send a new one out in a few days. Weeks later nothing called back said it was going out that day. OK waited 2 weeks nothing called back was told it would go out in a few days. Nope just asked for a refund and said i would get that in 2 weeks will see how that works out.
