I had Zip Track blinds installed in 2023 by One Stop Interiors. We were very happy with the product however there appeared to be some installation issues by the original installer (who I believe is no longer with this company) and after 2 years of use they eventually got damaged beyond repair in 2025. However we were grateful that after much back and forth they replaced and repaired the blind. Very thankful for the advice and service of the installer Rob and also Lidia for helping organise the repair.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Kylie for my tile purchase last week. It is rare to experience the standard of professional service that I received. National Tile supply have very experienced staff who are professional and knowledgable. The range of tiles on display is first class and price is very reasonable. The team at National Tiles in Traralgon are amazing. Tanya and her colleague helped me out today, even though I’m not from the area. They showed me through the range, gave heaps of tips and really helped me narrow down the choices. They worked really well as a team. I don’t get the colleagues name but they were brilliant.
