Dropped in on Friday 13th Feb 26 and the owner gave some very handy vynil tiles advice. I would,ve have stuck them down on the cement sheeting! She saved me a lot of time and disasters without me purchasing anything. That,s a good business. Will shop here.

Great service buying tiles. Had them come out to do a quote on some blinds over a month ago. Still waiting for the quote. Rang them and also went into store to get them to ring or send email. No response. Very poor service. Disappointing
My wife and I called into the Shepparton store, as we needed to choose bathroom tiles for our reno. We had a great experience in dealing with Caroline, who took the time to listen to our ideas and then made suggestions which we were really happy with. We would recommend this store.
