From selection to payment to delivery everything went perfectly. The team held the tiles until the builder needed them. Then at short notice arranged delivery in 24hours. Service and systems in place were brilliant. Highly recommended.
Poor customer service
TAREK from the National Titles delivery team is excellent; he calls when he departs, which is very helpful. I was at a funeral and left a note indicating where to leave two pallets of tiles, and he did exactly as I requested. Cayla in Sales also helped me select various tiles for the floor, wall, and feature within my budget, and the result turned out beautifully, earning compliments for good taste. Highly recommended! Notes if you not good with putting together puzzle don't select this flower tiles!
