I’ve visited a few times looking for materials but they were always out of stock or unavailable. I tried calling ahead but they never picked up even after multiple attempts. The call guide instructed me to record my number but they never returned my call.
Staff not helpful, large sign out the front with beating other prices is rubbish do your homework and check other shop you will see they are better.
Dropped by the Preston store for some assistance a few days ago and was greeted by a lovely lady named Nadeen who went above and beyond to assist me. She was helpful, genuine and made my shopping experience positive. Thank you Nadeen for your kindness. You were lovely to deal with
