I visited this shop through a recommendation while searching for tiles. As someone who knows very little about tiles, I was so grateful for Amy’s exceptional and thoughtful guidance. She was incredibly kind and detailed throughout the entire process.
I was referred to National Tiles by a builder, as they were the supplier chosen for our new home build. Unfortunately, the tile selection process was one of the most disappointing parts of the entire experience. The showroom itself had what I felt was a fairly average range of options, and at no point were we shown or offered any upgrade alternatives.
