Lynne was awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful grabbing samples and matching colours. Bought from national tiles over the last 10 year and always been happy
Dealing with customer service was terrible, twice delivery dates were cancelled causing me to pay for tiler twice showing in site but no tiles delivered as agreed didn’t show up, ended up cancelling delivery and picked up myself
Lynda the manager was so helpful and made the process of choice very easy for someone who likes to see things visually thanks for all your assistance and I will be back in the near future to make my choices. 😁
We bought our tiles at the Brisbane Road store. We planned to visit all the tile shops along that road but National was the first one we stopped at and we found everything we needed and didn’t go anywhere else. Lyn was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. We will be returning customers.
