I worked with Michelle who took time to start transiioning my account from MA to RI. She sent me all the required paperwork and I returned it. She said she'd get back to me but never did. I called and left messages many times but they were ignored/never returned. When I finally was able to reach Michelle, she was impolite and downright snotty with me. After moving to Texas for the first time, my soon to be new landlord used this agency to screen me. It came back that I had SEVEN evictions(?) when in fact I owned 3 homes, and was only renting because I was new to the state. I am very angry with this company for running and returning an unfiltered background/credit check that was not mine, but almost cost my landlord one of the best tenants she would have ever had. I've reported them to the FTC
