This place is a total scam. I had to use 3 different cards for payment to go through. I found after I made payment that my credit card rejected the payment because the company had been turned in as a fraudulent company. I immediately canceled service within 20 minutes and requested my $695 be returned. Its been over a month and the money hasn't been returned.
I wouldn’t recommend this program. It sounded great at first, but in reality, they didn’t resolve anything only got me started on a payment plan with the IRS. I waited months while they supposedly worked on my case, only to be told the IRS amendment was denied and that I’d need to take care of it myself. They closed my account with no real solution. Total waste of time and money. Extremely disappointed!
I paid National Tax Debt $10,000 to help settle my IRS debt and after a year they had done absolutely nothing. I almost lost everything I own because I thought this company was working on my behalf and they never even contacted the IRS. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!
After receiving a letter from the IRS I panicked and called National Tax Debt. From that first email to our last phone call, Jackie M. was not only professional but attentive and efficient. I would give NTD six stars but the max is five
It was a good experience I was nervous about my situation. But Jackie made it easy for me situation and walked it through with me. And then it was more ezy for me to follow through with my IRS problems. And I was more at ease. With the help she gave me. Thanks for everything.
