Although friendly , the staff is mundane, absent of ambition, and integrity. They often lie about services and who is actually preparing your taxes. Management is inept. They lack the skills and patience to train new employees, directly. The office is disorganized, unsanitary, old, and dull. Lastly, the water in this complex smells like rotten eggs. I hope the city fixes that expeditiously.

These ladies are NOT good at what they do and very unprofessional. They filed me as a dependent under my ex-wife’s taxes and costed both us a lot of time and hassle as well as costed us money not getting our tax refund it’s been a year and they still haven’t got it fixed as well as we have to call them once a month and they never have an answer. Then they want to charge us again to try to file 2019 and get this all fixed. Please DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
