They issued a Degree Verification with wrong graduation date and I cannot get them to correct the document for two months already. Every single time I call is the same thing "yes we are taking notes and will contact you", and they never do...

I was asked to fax a consent form for degree verification. With no other alternatives given. It's 2019 - I don't have a fax machine - there should be the ability to either upload the consent form on the website, or email it. Faxing is so 1986. Then I tried to log in, but it wouldn't accept my username. So I clicked on the link "Forgot your Username or Password" and it wouldn't let me proceed to recovering my username without providing...my username. Very, very glitchy platform.

I work a college & the NSC is a wonderful way to order your transcript. They are always helpful if a problem arises. I highly recommend using National Student Clearinghouse.
Long story short. A program from work said to have the school order a form from them. The school said I had to do it here. I did school said they made a mistake and now I gotta get a refund. 1 day of constant calling back n forth to get a refund cause they can’t provide a service is the reason for the 1 star. If need a transcript don’t go thru a 3rd party you could end up like me.
