This company is horrendous with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I placed an order 4.5 months ago and was told we would receive the items in 6-8 weeks due to a delay. I received my order with missing items (both jerseys) 14 weeks later. After multiple calls and emails, we are 5 weeks out from my first contact to NSA regarding the missing items and still no update.
We can’t get a response back on our late order from anyone at this company. DO NOT USE THEM if you want your orders on time and to be correct. Only a few kids on the team have received their orders and several of the orders are not filled properly. We are writing to our soccer club to make sure they never use this company again.
Placed an order on 3/15/25. Still missing a practice shirt for my son. Season is half way done. You email, they don’t respond. When you call, they can never give you an update as to when it will be shipped. I emailed them last week asking for a refund. Let’s see how long that takes.
We ordered in May (late already due to problems with the league.) It’s almost September and we still haven’t received our full order. One of the jerseys is listed as back ordered. Some kids on our team received theirs but are missing shorts and socks. Altogether slow and disappointing with zero communication. We’ll likely be done with the season before our whole team gets their full uniforms, meaning the ones that did receive theirs can’t wear them and we have to use loaner jerseys so the team is consistent.
