Great service great options great people great experience
I have been trying for 3 weeks to get ahold of them. The email they give to reach out about orders says it is not valid. They don’t return voicemails. My order arrived with an item missing and another with our last name spelled wrong. The email receipt had spelled correctly and other items that arrived it was spelled correctly on. Edited to add.. A really great screenprinting/embroidery operation.
This company is horrendous with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I placed an order 4.5 months ago and was told we would receive the items in 6-8 weeks due to a delay. I received my order with missing items (both jerseys) 14 weeks later. After multiple calls and emails, we are 5 weeks out from my first contact to NSA regarding the missing items and still no update.
