Horrendous customer service and no timelines or comms when shipment is months late
This company is horrible! I’ve been trying to get a response regarding my order that I placed 10 weeks ago, crickets! Still waiting on my order
We placed an order for soccer uniforms on April 2 and were told we would receive in 4-5 weeks. After 8 weeks, we contacted NSA because we had not received our uniforms. They finally shipped part of our order a couple days later and said the rest would ship at the end of of June (another 4-5 weeks!). It has now been an additional 7 weeks (so, 15 weeks since we first ordered) and we are still missing multiple pieces of our uniform.
