Three months after a Minor accident which this old guy was at fault. I get a call yesterday " I'll be nice and not say name" All because I was 10 minutes late calling her and she didn't get my voicemail til this morning she sent out for my dad and I, license to be suspended. So you want money right? But than call me to set it up but put in request already to have my license taken? And than still ask for money? Now why would I wanna work with you now? Chris Mason kept tp his word. Helped me settle for less then owed and filled his end of the bargain and was respectful.
Had someone call me today 03/05/2025 105pm. First thing they said was "give me some money" I asked why is your number calling as a scam likely. He answers " it doesn't matter what it says" I asked if he could call with a number registered to here and he said " why would I do that", than proceeds to be aggressive. Is this recorded? Or why would someone call me from here so aggressive. I'm not sure what to do. But I hung up as soon as I realized this company has to be a scam. Why would a company treat customers like that?
This “company” has been calling and harassing our family members over an alleged car accident that my husband wasn’t even involved in! The person in the accident has a completely different middle name, how hard is it to check that? They threatened to send a letter to the DMV requesting my husbands license and registration be revoked, how stupid do you have to be do send it for someone with a totally different middle name and birthdate, who has never owned whatever car they say was involved? Matt smith was super helpful and has awesome customer service . I had received a letter for a bill on a vehicle I sold and he walked me through the process step by step and answered all my question !
