I’m really confused if they’re a scam or not. If anyone can let me know because I’ve been paying almost 400 a month for school loans and they said they would put it on my credit if I don’t pay.
These people are mean and harsh they make promises and break them they tell you one thing and go back on their word the word means nothing they're trying to get and most money I use as possible so they can get a raise
Called and spoke to Cristy Simpson regarding my case and to let her know that i didn't want them to take my payment automatically instead I would make payments online and she said she would delete my account as soon as possible and said ok thank you for calling and just hung up. Very Rude!!
I’ve been on time with almost all my payments. The economy is so hard right now and they won’t ever work with us on our bill it’s pitiful
I would not recommend working directly through Nicole price as she was very unprofessional and threatening during the process of settling my claim. As frustrating as it can be working with these situations I didn’t feel comfortable and she raised her voice at me multiple times, didn’t return multiple promised call backs, and was not helpful with the questions or concerns I had.
