Absolutely disappointed in how they talk to people and do business James jones is the worst if you get him on the phone ask for someone else and then wen I tried to call back they intentionally hung up on me I’m sorry for anyone who has to use this company
Every person I talk to for help are all rude and think someone’s gonna have full payment then when you tell them you don’t all they ask is well what can I pay how about you make a responsible payment and work with people that are trying to take payment… instead of laughing on the phone place is a joke
Never in my life have I encountered such rude and unprofessional people. The agent and the manager I spoke with, Brandon, were extremely disrespectful. As a manager, you should be setting an example for your employees, but instead, you were yelling, hollering, cutting me off, and eventually hanging up on me, just like the agent did.
