1. Highly recommend audio recording your call beforehand. 2. Use a card you don’t keep money in but can transfer money into because they will charge your card without authorization! There’s a male worker that makes how in the world he works in customer service, it’s absurd how unprofessional he is. I’ve worked in customer service and I’m wondering if this is the only job he can land in this department because there’s no way. It just goes off unprofessional, uneducated, and untrustworthy
Not that anyone has a choice who their debt collector is handled through however to this company (Melina) is one of the most rude and inconsiderate people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. My bill was paid over a month ago and she never completed her job of sending information to the license bureau. Now I am unable to drive to work with a suspended license that has to wait for them to get the paperwork to the BMV that should have been send 6 weeks ago. Called and wanted to talk. When asked who they were calling for it was not me. Had never heard that name. Then they asked if it was my spouse? I do not get it
This is the WORST place to work ! I would not recommend anyone working here ! They will wrongfully fire you . The training is horrible and rushed with no true understanding on what you are really supposed to do . They throw you out there with a little knowledge and expect you to know what you are doing !!! No wonder the turn over rate is extremely high no one last here for long ! Disgusting company
