These people are mean and harsh they make promises and break them they tell you one thing and go back on their word the word means nothing they're trying to get and most money I use as possible so they can get a raise
Called and spoke to Cristy Simpson regarding my case and to let her know that i didn't want them to take my payment automatically instead I would make payments online and she said she would delete my account as soon as possible and said ok thank you for calling and just hung up. Very Rude!!
I’ve been on time with almost all my payments. The economy is so hard right now and they won’t ever work with us on our bill it’s pitiful
I would not recommend working directly through Nicole price as she was very unprofessional and threatening during the process of settling my claim. As frustrating as it can be working with these situations I didn’t feel comfortable and she raised her voice at me multiple times, didn’t return multiple promised call backs, and was not helpful with the questions or concerns I had. We were involved in an accident with the liability solely resting on the the 100% at fault other party that backed up into us with an atv and never looked before doing so. We had to sue our own policy at State Farm to get our door replaced which was nearly 5000 US dollars. The at fault party made every attempt to not engage cooperation and even gave auto insurance to our insurer that they knowingly gave on false pretense.
