Worst experience, never ever trust them. They never send invoices for the payment and they will threaten for amount. They threaten saying your license will get suspended mails.
My father's business conducted business with Docupace in 2021 and paid them in full. Now, almost 5 years later, NSBI has placed me in collections, for services I never received, based on a sales contract that I never signed, (which was paid in full,) with a company that I never worked for. These guys are the scum of the Earth and should be embarrassed by their employer every day.

The rudest people I've ever in encountered. Im actually shocked beyond belief on how each person i spoke with was so rude, one even threatening, and so professional I don't see how they hold on to a job.
This is a lie that they use ethical practices or talk to you with any kind of respect. I had some lady calling me named Alex from this place saying I was being held liable for some accident that I didn't do cause the car was in my name she was so rude and disrespectful I really want to come up there and meet her outside and look her in the eyes.
