I paid for an online course and I was told that they would send me a link to take, they never ever sent a link or a course. I emailed them and they never ever replied to me. Shy of begging NSC to take my money how do I get someone on the phone who actually knows what is going on? I have called and emailed multiple times, had a meeting with some random guy after emailing him 3 times. At the conclusion of our meeting he could not even give me pricing, told me that was someone else that would call me to go over pricing. No call has been received from sales to go over pricing. Well, I would like to say I had a completely different experience than it seems like a lot of people had. It’s a Saturday and I had gotten something from Scottsdale city court that said they didn’t get a copy of my certificate and I talked to a gentleman there by email several times his name was Bob And oh my gosh – such great service and so fast. I don’t know what other people are talking about because this guy is a gem— he said he gets a certificate to Scottsdale - it should only take a couple hours on Monday
Don't do their Defensive Driving Course no states accept it, I called about this misinformation and asked for a corporate number or email and they said none were available. Disputing their charges
Terrible service. On hold right now as I type this. My firm has been attempting calls and emails simply to become a member for several weeks. No return calls or emails and website does not work.
