Well, I would like to say I had a completely different experience than it seems like a lot of people had. It’s a Saturday and I had gotten something from Scottsdale city court that said they didn’t get a copy of my certificate and I talked to a gentleman there by email several times his name was Bob And oh my gosh – such great service and so fast. I don’t know what other people are talking about because this guy is a gem— he said he gets a certificate to Scottsdale - it should only take a couple hours on Monday
Don't do their Defensive Driving Course no states accept it, I called about this misinformation and asked for a corporate number or email and they said none were available. Disputing their charges
Terrible service. On hold right now as I type this. My firm has been attempting calls and emails simply to become a member for several weeks. No return calls or emails and website does not work.
Good luck getting ahold of them. Says they are open till 4:30. Don't call anytime past 3:30 it will say they are closed. Good luck getting ahold of them at all actually, they just hang up after awhile
Was 6 hours into a training and my progress was randomly reset. Contacted support and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Asked how it happened so I can ensure I don’t waste my time again and they never responded to me. Don’t waste you’re time and money with these fools
