Spoke with Tina Johnson about a medical bill I never received due to a move around the time of service. Due to the recent issues with scammers utilizing medical data with recent breaches I was HIGHLY vigilant and curious about this notice. Tina was absolutely amazing! Every question I asked they were able to efficiently answer with supporting information so I could easily verify that this was not a scam. She looked up my account, found a settlement for 30% off, and was able to set up a post dated payment with my debit card so that I could settle this debt on pay day. She also informed me that once paid, NRA will notify the credit bureaus to have this delinquent account updated as paid.
