Been trying to call these people for 2 days now. Do your phones work?
I decided to try and rehab my defaulted loans during the pandemic so that I can go back to school and get rid of some of my debt. I called twice and they were super professional and helpful. Brenda was the rep who helped me understand the paperwork they sent and the current credits that are being provided during the pandemic. No complaints on my end.
Knowledgeable and friendly professionals. Time will tell if our agreement works out but so far after 3 calls, 2 of them just to make sure paperwork was files correctly, my student loan rehabilitation is started and on track. If you are wondering about doing it, do it now, the cares act is providing waiver credits for rehabilitation and you can easily and cheaply get out of default right now.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a scam. They illegally take money out of your account with out authorization. They claim through their loan rehab that you will pay I s.all amount for a year and then you start paying on your loans. They never answer a question directly. They are thief's and should be reprimanded. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM! AND NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR BANK INFORMATION
