Recently used Brian Ziolkowski's process services. Sent our documents on 12/7 for service by 12/11. Told him he'd need to coordinate with our client at that time, but he didn't reach out till 12/10 then he claimed he attempted service 5 times, without ever speaking to our client as requested. He ended up serving the guy by 12/11. Great!
