bought a new 2023 Kawasaki 1000sx ($13K+) from the NH store and when I took the bike in for inspection, it failed because the headlights were not adjusted properly (they were aimed at the ground). The pre-sale inspection was either not done or the company lied on the inspection checklist. Either way, it's shoddy workmanship or a lie. Both are anti-consumer actions.
I have never been more dissatisfied with a dealership than I have been with NPD. The sales department was completely fine, I have nothing negative to say about them. The service department however was hands down, bar none, the absolute poorest excuse for a department I have ever witnessed at any dealership from New Hampshire to Rhode Island.
