They have great people that want to help their customers! I needed a bolt that was not an individual part. They helped me in this unusual situation and went above and beyond to get the parts to allow my customer back to operating in the quickest time possible, for the lowest cost. They did not even charge me for the bolt I needed! I will be placing future order here due to the great service they provide. Thank you National Power LLC!
If i could summarize national power in two words it would be these entitled and rude as hell. They are extremely unhelpful and expect people to jump when they say so.

Drivers are the rudest I’ve ever encountered Older gentleman with gray hair should he still be driving a moped no less a truck
These people are a rip off! My generator was telling me a Schedule B service was due. My owners manual said a valve adjustment was needed in the schedule B service. I called NP and they quoted me $500. All they did was an oil change. I can change the oil for less than $50. Rip off Rip off!!!
