I had order and received 1 tank. Very impressed with the service, staff answered any questions I had. They supplied multiple updates and their communication was very clear through out the whole process. Instructions for pad/base setup was sent out prior to delivery to make sure preparation was completed correctly. The delivery driver was very professional and careful unloading the tank off the truck safely. Tank is now installed and Im wrapped with the out come.
Sales lady great she would get 5 stars, thats why we went with them, sadly after sales when there was a issue is 3 stars, took 2months for them to rectify. Service guy great who came out today.
20 years and my 1st 2 5000gal are still going strong have since bought more 5 more tanks of different sizes and have never had a issue. Can't speak highly enough about the quality. Cheers
The driver was extremely obliging and worked really hard.
Due to not being asked about the access to the delivery point for 2 tanks I purchased on my property, nor being advised of the option of them being delivered on a flat bed truck only if access is limited, as opposed to a 19m truck plus trailer, I now have to pay over $1000 for a crane to move the tanks 500m from where they were left. Very unhappy customer.
