This company is a complete sham! Quality is worse than my 15 yr old printer pumps out! You also have to cut your own photos up as it all comes on one sheet with their barcode and numbers so have your own guillotine - we sent ours back for a refund as they’re nothing short of CRAP! Had to chase them up weeks after tracking shows they got it back - will process a credit card charge back now so they can deal with the fees added! We were 5 months late organising my daughters debutaunt photos. With ease they were able to pull up her records and were very kind and compassionate about our situation, even offering the ability to find other "lost" photos from my children's last few years at school. Absolutely recomend this company, we never caught the lovely lady's name who worked the front desk today (possibly might be Hannah) and we highly recommend her too.

I have never seen such poor photo quality—both the colour and clarity are extremely disappointing. Photos taken with my old phone and printed at Kmart look significantly better by comparison. The group photo appears to have been printed on paper only slightly thicker than standard A4, rather than proper photo paper. The pricing is unjustifiably high, and it feels like they’re taking advantage of the fact that parents have little choice if they want a group photo. Class photo is so bad. Not focused properly and sun on people’s hair and face making them look white. Really amateur photographer by the looks. Individual pics are ok but the photo paper is so thin and poor quality. Done on the cheap. Very disappointing!

Absolutly disgusted at this years photo!! They have clearly used an AI filter on my daughters face. It looks nothing like her. Her colouring is off. And eye colour is wrong!!!! That's how obviously wrong it is. I am absolutely appalled at what you did to my daughter in these photos!! I want a full refund and have emailed as soon as they have been received! This company is over priced and the kind of photos you put in the draw in the packing because they're awful. Don't waste your money.
