Poor photos and poor online support.
I was extremely disappointed with the "memory book," especially considering it cost $49. It is simply a printed piece of card, with the school logo on one side and small photos of the children in the year level on the other. The quality is well below what I expected for the price. The order also took a long time to arrive, and my follow up enquiry received no response. The school photos is not good at all it’s logic to ask the kids to smile in the pictures these pictures is for life it looks like passports pictures not satisfied at all
Very disappointing experience. We are new to the school and ordered class group photos through National Photography. Unfortunately, the quality was very poor compared with previous school photos we have received from other primary schools over the years.
