Poor customer service. They told me all prices were Canadian, yet they proceeded to charge me American dollars. When I had asked for my refund of the deposit back (which I was told is fully refundable) I was then asked many questions about why I didn’t wish to continue and not answered regarding the refund. Hopefully they can hire someone who is more honest on the first phone call they have with interested students.
