These were some very very nice people, they took the time to communicate and reach out to me. Despite the fact years ago I had it a scrap and see and that type of discrepancy would make a company mad to a point to yelling, the lady that communicated with me didn't know such a thing. Very kind, very friendly, communicate well, I look back I was impressed. Very thorough company, they pay attention to detail, you guys hire them you going to be all right.
I want to clarify that my understanding of the situation was based on the information I was given. During a conversation with Amy, I expressed that we were seeking legal representation, and she assured me that a lawyer wasn’t necessary at that point. However, I felt misled by the responses I received, as they were vague enough that I believed legal representation might be an option, even if I didn't need it immediately.
