Prices are good, but one has to order unnecessary stuff to get free shipping, then it took almost an hour to get the site to accept a new card. Update, getting points applied is difficult, not user friendly at all, does not make it clear from the shopping cart

This company answers the phone immediately and there is no computer generated beforehand (which drives me crazy with most companies) and the employee was extremely kind and knowledgeable.
