BEWARE - We tried this National Lumber location in the hope of better service & product quality than big box. I have posted no negative reviews (especially of local merchants) yet this experience was bewilderingly bad and we were treated disgracefully. Just the facts/no opinions: Interior trim board delivered at 6 A.M. without notification. Driver rolled/pushed off order from flatbed truck to paved drive. One piece damaged as a result. Great Customer Service and more importantly GREAT PRICING !
Ordered Douglas Fir Lumber on 9/9. As of today 10/20 still have not received the lumber and have gotten the run around for 6 weeks. Finally cancelled the order. My project was delayed for over a month because of this. Never again!
