I have tried for years to get transcripts from this institution, I have emailed and called them multiple times, no one answer the phone or the emails.
I actually give it a no star. The staff never returns your calls not even the Administrator it took me weeks to complain to an actual answering machine and of course my call was never returned. They are definitely not trained or capable of dealing with someone with a disability. Very bad experience! So if you have a disability watch out with them.
