I had been looking for help with taxes as it was getting too much to handle myself, looked for reviews locally and found NITS. I reached out and Vivian immediately responded, we a great ½ hour conversation where she scoped my needs in no time. Like many, I dread tax season - this time around uploading my documents was painless and my takes were completed in no time. I literally have never had the tax process go so smoothly. Highly recommend.
What I really appreciate about Vivian is that she doesn't do this as 9-5 like the typical tax advisors. She treated and cared for our money as if it was her own and also gives you hints of what to look to in the foreseen future. Definitely counting on her again for next year filing.
