We've been using National Income Tax in Middletown, DE, for many years. The tax preparers are always friendly, professional, accurate, prompt, + we've never been audited by the IRS. Their service are affordable too.
National Income Tax has done our returns the past two years. They are very thorough and open just about whenever I want to come in. Fast, friendly and reasonably priced.What else could you ask for ? Helen and Teri are always very friendly..... even if they are doing taxes all day long ! LOL
It has taken us two weeks to get a simple tax return done, for some reason the person keeps having to check with the office in Wilmington and everything has to be checked by Wilmington office, before submitting I'm paying over $300 to get it done and they are taking their time, last year it was done in two days and submitted, now they are short handed and taking forever, with no timing in sight. Because Wilmington is backed up, never again, poor service.
I have been a customer with National Tax for a number of years. Initially another company had prepared my taxes incorrectly and they had that to straighten out and did a wonderful job. They have given me excellent advice and if they don’t know the answer to my question they find out. I like that the taxes are double checked to make sure no one is making a mistake.
First time, worked with Mike and it couldn't have been simpler. Our tax preparer of 10+ years retired and we didn't know what to do. The portal was easy to use and will make documentation a breeze as we continue to work with them in the future. Thank you!
