These guys will be out of business in a few years I bet. Wanted to charge me "a few hours," at "$150/hr" - e.g. $450+ to look up bed parts (e.g. screw) for a bed they sell and wouldn't tell me the who the manufacturer was either. Crazy town. I am not a "competitor" either as that's easy to see from my profile.
Do not buy from these people. They send you garbage and have garbage customer service
Trying to order a loft bed to see if they’ll work for some dorms. I had to cancel foot note unfortunately. They tried to work with me by saying there could build any size but I had to cancel due to being unsure about the project at this point. They did charge me a processing fee but it is clearly stated at the time of ordering and they do incur cost when the have to process and refund a payment. Overall they where honest and straight up though.
Ordered a bed they had on sale on their website which clearly offered free shipping in the lower 48. Shortly after checking out and paying online which confirmed $0.00 shipping costs I received emails stating that it was too expensive for them to ship that to me from Miami to Utah and I would need to pay an additional $150.00. After hours of back and forth emails they finally just cancelled my order. Great selection of products at reasonable prices. I found the perfect rug for my living room. My only suggestion would be to improve the checkout speed, but overall, a great shopping experience.
