Rude and unprofessional. Ordered a bed to Canada shipping was $250. Then got email saying because I was in Canada shipping would be “more”. They did not say how much more. When I inquired as to how much more all they said was “1000 usd”. Refused to provide any quotes confirming that was the price, nor would even respond to my question as to whether that was in addition to the $250 I had already paid, or separate.
These guys will be out of business in a few years I bet. Wanted to charge me "a few hours," at "$150/hr" - e.g. $450+ to look up bed parts (e.g. screw) for a bed they sell and wouldn't tell me the who the manufacturer was either. Crazy town. I am not a "competitor" either as that's easy to see from my profile.
Do not buy from these people. They send you garbage and have garbage customer service
Trying to order a loft bed to see if they’ll work for some dorms. I had to cancel foot note unfortunately. They tried to work with me by saying there could build any size but I had to cancel due to being unsure about the project at this point. They did charge me a processing fee but it is clearly stated at the time of ordering and they do incur cost when the have to process and refund a payment. Overall they where honest and straight up though.
Ordered a bed they had on sale on their website which clearly offered free shipping in the lower 48. Shortly after checking out and paying online which confirmed $0.00 shipping costs I received emails stating that it was too expensive for them to ship that to me from Miami to Utah and I would need to pay an additional $150.00. After hours of back and forth emails they finally just cancelled my order.
