Our daughter's loft bed worked out perfectly! We purchased the adult loft bed with mineral oil. It's not only beautiful, but it's sturdy and I have no worries about my kids being on top together. It was also easy to put together. There were a couple of questions that I had throughout the process and their customer service was also great! They were responsive, helpful, and informative. I'll definitely make another purchase from them in the future!
Absolutely pathetic support. For the rental option they offer we did this for a weekend having a guest who needed special accommodations. You have to assemble your own bed as if you bought it new, then afterwards they will tell you that you can just buy the bed you already assembled yourself for $25 or go through an extensive repackaging process for them to pick it back up. So now I'm paying the $25 to throw this piece of trash in the garbage where it belongs. This bed was not quality-wise worth the amount I spent to rent to... read more
Great experience and quick customer service! One of the boards was damaged during shipping and they sent me a replacement the very next day free of charge. And the bed is nice and solid too. We love it.
Nice furniture, but delivery took longer than expected. However, the quality was worth the wait.
