Where to start! The Delaware office has the worst Management in place that I've ever seen in all my years of truck driving. The gentleman who is in charge down there will sell you the best dream job you have ever heard of, he will even tell you don't read the reviews and don't listen to all drivers because they are so "disgruntled". Everything starts at the top and trickles down to the end. Poor management at the top means even worse performance and practice by the lower employees. Mechanic does his best with the delays he experiences from not getting authorization from management to do required work. Work approvals take weeks and work on equipment can take months if demanded to be sent to the corporate office. Management in Delaware is horrendous.
