I am deeply disappointed with this establishment. Despite its strong online reviews, my experience was profoundly unprofessional and frustrating. I initially reached out via their website to inquire about acupuncture and healing services but received no response for over a week. I then visited in person. Although the staff was polite, I waited 15 minutes just to speak with someone. They offered to discuss my questions in the hallway immediately or wait for a private room. So thankful to have found them. Everyone is welcoming and professional. The acupuncture/massage/cupping combo is amazing. Their facials are excellent!! . I always walk out relaxed and feeling renewed.
I can’t recommend this acupuncture practice enough. It has truly helped me so much with my headaches, and the difference I feel is incredible. From the moment you walk in, you can genuinely feel the care and attention they give to each patient. The massages are absolutely wonderful so relaxing and healing.
