Can't get any answer to why they are terminated my power.
Literally the biggest rip offs for energy and they do it because they can. I wish we could get a state or federal investigation into their practices
Dealing with national grid was the final push I needed to get solar power. Never looking back.
Can't go 1 week without power going out for the night or two,we pay our bill every month and you might think about hiring more line men the workers not your white shirt and tie idiots that told me 2 years ago there was nothing wrong with my rotten power pole in my yard with the cross arms rotted off and 744' between the poles that were installed in 1930,I'm glad your line men were concerned about this Hazzard to my family.
