I wish this company would go bankrupt
The power was ripped off of our house by a passing truck taking down a power line. NG came and cut the power and took the meter off of our house. The next day we had an electrician come and repair everything and NG came back with a brand new meter and hooked us back up GREAT!!! Not so fast......I get my monthly bill 3 weeks later and it says "final bill" so I call and find out they are shutting our account related to the meter they removed and never connected our count to the new meter, so technically we are getting free ser... read more
Can't get any answer to why they are terminated my power.
Literally the biggest rip offs for energy and they do it because they can. I wish we could get a state or federal investigation into their practices
