Whoever is answering the phones here might be in need of a vacation or something.. she answered the phone sounding miserable and rude today when I called to let them know one of their drivers had lost a plank of wood on i5 that almost hit a few cars and they should let him know to secure his load so no one gets hurt since he did not notice. Hopefully your front desk gal has a better day
