This place is joke Came to pick up the load around 2 now its 5:30pm they haven’t called yet They don’t care about your time Avoid this place driver. They are Very rude and unprofessional
Quick unloading within one hour in the morning. Overnight parking available inside entrance 13, which is open all night.
Good experience fast unloading Check in at 8am got dock by 8:10 and done by 9am Overnight parking allowed
Update - 8/1/2024 they have gotten new office staff and have been completely on the ball with getting you in and out since my last review. Always a joke coming here. I've been here multiple times and it's a minimum of 4 hours past your appointment time. The longest I've have to wait before was 8.5hr. If you are able to avoid at all costs.
